Refund and Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.


30-Day Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at info@doublefancy.com to initiate the return process.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if you have provided.

  4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.

  5. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and credits will be issued to your Double Fancy account within 10 business days for use on your next purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift items

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, email us within 24 hours at info@doublefancy.com with:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

If the product arrives damaged or defective, Double Fancy will cover the return shipping cost, and a replacement product will be sent at no additional charge.

Exchange Policy – 30 Days After Delivery:

We offer exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email info@doublefancy.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Follow the return process for the original item.
  3. Once the return is received and approved, we will ship the new product to you.
